What I do
Welcome. I’m Lorien, an Emotional Wellbeing Coach. I help children & parents, teens and adults understand emotions like anxiety, anger or stress, and build confidence and resilience. My approach blends therapeutic techniques with practical emotional regulation strategies to support lasting change and prevent difficulties from escalating.

I believe that recognising what we’re feeling — and understanding why — is often the key to managing our emotions more effectively.
Using the Ollie Model of Transformative Coaching together with Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, I help clients uncover the emotions that drive behaviour and identify the cause behind each symptom.
The model works across all ages. With children and teens we move beyond tantrums, phobias, panic attacks, and negative self‑talk; with adults we look past overwhelm, procrastination, or low confidence to discover what’s really happening underneath. Once emotions such as worry, frustration, fear, or anger become clear, change feels more attainable.
I use a Positive‑Psychology approach to introduce clients to a range of strengths‑based tools, helping them create personal calming anchors and practical coping plans. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and breathwork exercises that soothe the nervous system. Together, these methods build resilience and provide an emotional toolkit clients can apply at home, school, work, or in relationships.
Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and collaborative. I work face‑to‑face or online, creating a safe space where children and adults feel understood, better equipped, and more confident in handling everyday life — ready to take the next step.
